Who am I
I am a Freelance IT Recruiter based in Bulgaria with a background and education in Psychology. What I bring to the table is 4 years of in-house, agency, and freelance experience in the recruitment of IT and engineering specialists in the Bulgarian and on a bigger scale international markets, more specifically in Europe, Africa and Latin America. During this time I made numerous placements in the aforementioned regions for a variety of clients and managed to expand my global network to over 10,000 IT professionals worldwide. In addition, I am also experienced in leading teams of remote recruiters, guiding, mentoring, managing, and supporting them through their recruitment journey.
